Home sweet home…

Simple things are often the most beautiful. This is a concept well understood by many marine enthusiasts, and the symbiotic relationship that exists between a clownfish (amphiphrion or premnas species) and their host anemone is a stunning example of this concept.
Nestling in the protective tentacles of its host, the clownfish is a marvel to watch.
This species of clownfish, known as the Premnas biaculeatus, is widely sought after. Its striking contrasts between colours makes it a wonderful addition to the marine tank. It is said they are the most aggressive of all clownfish however, and should not be kept with other more docile species.
